The best thing I like about this recipe is that it’s healthy and that my friend used to make it all the time in college when we would have our “friends” dinner. It’s really simple to make. Additionally for college students, this dish is really affordable.
Materials:
Cooking pan/cookie sheet
Aluminum foil
Ingredients:
Chicken breasts/tenders/thighs (all boneless)
Salt
Pepper
Chicken Seasoning (optional)
Pineapples (2 cans of 20 oz pineapple chunks or a real pineapple)
Vegetables of choice (optional)
Lime juice (optional)
Steps:
1) Season your chicken meat. Hint: If you are using breasts, slice them into smaller strips. This shortened the amount of cooking time. If you’re using thighs, take a knife and created diagonal slits across the entire surface.
2) Place a flew slices of meat (or one whole thigh) in the center of a foil sheet. Then add in pineapples and other vegetables. For a tangy taste, squeeze a little bit of lime/lemon. You can also add in a teaspoon of the pineapple juice instead.
3) Wrapped nicely into a square shape and place it onto your cookie sheet/baking pan. If you’re using a cookie sheet, then used one that has edges.
4) Baked at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Time may vary depending on your oven.
5) Enjoy!
